The sound ॐ (ôm)

I use    because Sanskrit is a vibrational language, and   is recognized as the “humming” sound of the universe. Have you ever seen graphs of sound waves? Sounds move through our bodies, just as they move through the environment around us. These sound waves help to cleanse our energetic bodies -- something yogis have understood for centuries, and science has been proving as of late.

Take a moment to sit out in nature, in silence, and hear the subtle humming around you. This is the sound that you fill your body with when vocalizing .

Remember that ôm is considered the most powerful of the mantras. There are many mantras! Mantras for introversion are “jappa om” and mantras for extroversion are “kirtans”.

I have specialized yoga classes that go much deeper into various mantras and include at least 10 minutes of mantra practice within the 45 minute class. Please click here to schedule and/or inquire further: https://ezholistics.com/book-class

Here’s to learning more together.
