Yoga Class Options

Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga focuses on foundational postures and breathwork, making it ideal for beginners. It emphasizes slow, deliberate movements to build strength, flexibility, and balance while promoting relaxation and mindfulness.
Chair Yoga
Chair Yoga adapts traditional yoga poses for a seated or supported position, making it accessible to individuals with limited mobility or balance challenges. It helps improve flexibility, circulation, and mental well-being in a gentle, low-impact way.
Prenatal Yoga
Prenatal Yoga is tailored to the needs of expectant mothers, focusing on gentle poses, breathwork, and relaxation techniques. It supports physical comfort during pregnancy, reduces stress, and prepares the body for childbirth.
Stretch Sessions
Stretch Sessions focus on improving flexibility, reducing muscle tension, and promoting relaxation. These classes use gentle, guided stretches to enhance mobility, improve posture, and aid in injury prevention.
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced practice that targets the connective tissues, such as ligaments and fascia, through long-held, passive poses. This meditative style enhances flexibility, releases tension, and encourages deep relaxation.
Children's Yoga
Children’s Yoga introduces yoga in a fun, interactive way using games, storytelling, and playful movements. It promotes physical coordination, focus, and emotional regulation while encouraging creativity and self-expression.
