AboutLiz

Trilingual yogi, I take a uniquely adaptive and collaborative approach to teaching and imparting preclassical yoga practices to all who seek healing, movement, and flexibility on a physical, mental, emotional, and intuitional level.

I teach in English, Spanish & Portuguese, incorporating some Sanskrit. Breathwork (pranayama), mindfulness, physical postures, and visualization are core components of my classes. I work with all ages & levels, virtually & on-site.

I am committed to providing students with the opportunity to build self-awareness, self-dependence, and groundedness. I take an adaptive and collaborative approach to instruction and love to partner with other wellness practitioners.

I have been a dancer since age 3, a musician since age 8, and a yoga practitioner for the past 17+ years. My yoga practice is sensorial, non-repressive, naturalistic, and matriarchal (think: collaborative, non-hierarchical).

Enthusiastic collaborator. Lifelong learner.
