You Set The Pace

Class difficulty is adjusted according to your current state of fitness and your short- and long-term goals. Liz will be assessing your progress throughout each session and planning classes accordingly.

A Positive Environment

Mindset is a big part of growth and change. It is important that you arrive at each session with an open mind and the commitment to focus on yourself each session. Liz incorporates positive visualization techniques during classes, which help to get your the results you want, quicker and more effectively. That said, everything takes time and consistency. Celebrate small wins and stick with it!

Private Class or Small Group

A private session is perfect for anyone looking to elevate your overall quality of life, begin or maintain your physical practice, or to work on a practice that’s specific to your personal goals or preferences. All ages and fitness levels are welcome. Privates may be held in a one-on-one or small group environment.* They’re great for any special occasion, party, or celebratory event! A series of private sessions make a great gift for yourself or a loved one.

Fitness Class Options

Group Training
Group Training combines the energy of working out with others and personalized coaching to keep you motivated. Classes are designed for all fitness levels, offering a mix of exercises that improve strength, endurance, and camaraderie.
Strength Training
Strength Training focuses on building muscle, increasing bone density, and enhancing overall physical strength using weights, resistance bands, or bodyweight exercises. Classes are structured to target major muscle groups for improved performance and resilience.
Weight Loss & Toning
Weight Loss & Toning classes combine cardio, strength training, and targeted exercises to help burn fat, increase muscle definition, and improve overall body composition. The sessions are high-energy and results-focused for lasting fitness success.
Cardio / General Fitness
Cardio and General Fitness classes focus on improving cardiovascular health, endurance, and overall physical conditioning. These sessions include activities like aerobics or bodyweight exercises to keep you active, energetic, and heart-healthy.
Developmental Delays
These specialized sessions offer personalized fitness programs to improve motor skills, coordination, and strength for individuals with developmental delays. Classes emphasize patience, inclusivity, and tailored movements to support each participant’s abilities.
Weight Resistance Training
Weight Resistance Training uses external weights or resistance bands to build muscle strength, endurance, and control. These classes help tone the body, boost metabolism, and improve functional movement for daily life.
Senior Fitness
Senior Fitness Training is designed to help older adults stay active, mobile, and strong through low-impact exercises. These classes focus on improving balance, flexibility, and strength, reducing the risk of injury while enhancing quality of life.
Virtual Personal Training
Youth Teen Fitness classes provide age-appropriate workouts to build strength, endurance, and confidence in young people. The focus is on making fitness fun, safe, and beneficial for growing bodies and active lifestyles.
Weight Resistance Training
Virtual Personal Training brings personalized coaching to your home or anywhere you choose to work out. These sessions include tailored fitness plans, live guidance, and support to help you achieve your goals with flexibility and convenience.
