You Set The Pace
Class difficulty is adjusted according to your current state of fitness and your short- and long-term goals. Liz will be assessing your progress throughout each session and planning classes accordingly.
A Positive Environment
Mindset is a big part of growth and change. It is important that you arrive at each session with an open mind and the commitment to focus on yourself each session. Liz incorporates positive visualization techniques during classes, which help to get your the results you want, quicker and more effectively. That said, everything takes time and consistency. Celebrate small wins and stick with it!
Private Class or Small Group
A private session is perfect for anyone looking to elevate your overall quality of life, begin or maintain your physical practice, or to work on a practice that’s specific to your personal goals or preferences. All ages and fitness levels are welcome. Privates may be held in a one-on-one or small group environment.* They’re great for any special occasion, party, or celebratory event! A series of private sessions make a great gift for yourself or a loved one.
